備註︰
1. 影片需連同報名表在2021年7月30日前提交
2. 影片中之內容必須為非牟利性質,及不能:
- 涉及任何個人、商品、宗教或政治宣傳的成分
- 直接或間接推廣酒精、香煙、軍火、武器、色情、賭博、暴力或毒品
- 涉及年齡、種族、性別、性取向、婚姻狀況、傷殘、職業、道德或宗教歧視
- 涉及誹謗、詆毀、貶低、輕視、影射任何商品、服務或機構
- 涉及品味低俗的活動
- 涉及任何違法事宜,包括但不限於侵犯他人版權、權利及私隱等
3. 影片中所有內容(包括影片、圖片及音樂)必須為原創或已授權,如涉及抄襲、版權侵犯或違法行為,隊伍將會被取消參賽資格;任何有關版權等一切法律責任須由參加者自行負責,主辦機構無需承擔以上的責任
4. 如影片中使用任何非原創的內容(包括影片、圖片及音樂),必須於遞交影片時同時提供相關來源,授權內容必須提供其授權書或付款收據。
5. 主辦機構有權不接受不符合提案主題和規格的作品

Video (optional)


Objective: Optional video to visualize your ideas
Length: Within 3 minutes
Language of video: Cantonese or English, narratives and subtitles can be included
Quality: 720p or above (Resolution: 1280 x 720)
Submission instruction: Upload video to YouTube and submit the link
Remarks:
1. Submit video link with online application form by 30 July 2021.
2. The content of video must be non-profit making, and not involve the following:
- personal, commodity, religious and political promotion
- direct or indirect promotion on alcohol, cigarette, arsenal, weapon, sex, gambling, violence or drugs
- age, race, gender, sexuality, marriage status, disability, employment, moral or religious discrimination
- defame, slander, depreciate, despise or allude to any commodity, service or organization
- vulgar activities
- illegal matters, include but not limit to infringe copyright, rights or privacy etc
3. All content in the video (including videos, photos and music) must be original or with access granted. In case of plagiarism, copyright infringement and illegal behavior, the team will be disqualified. All legal responsibilities, such as copyright, will be undertaken by participants. HKFYG assumes no responsibilities.
4. If non-original content (including videos, photos and music) is used in the video, the team must submit original source with the video link. For content with access granted, the team must provide authorization letter or payment receipt.
5. HKFYG reserves the right not to accept video that does not fulfill pitching topic or regulations.

Remarks: Pitching Materials, e.g. PowerPoint Slides, must be submitted on or before 16 September 2021 (Thursday) 12:00noon

      1. The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Creative Education Unit is the administrative unit (the “Unit”) of HSBC Future Skills Development Project InnoTech Solutions Pitching (the “Pitching Programme”) and is responsible for all application, screening, shortlisting, assessment, awarding and follow-up processes of the programme.

      2. Applications and all supporting documents must be submitted on or before the application deadline, 30 July 2021 12:00noon. No application submitted after the deadline will be accepted.

      3. Assessment Panels (the “Panels”) will be designated to conduct the assessments in different phases. The decisions from the Panels shall be final.

      4. Upon submission, applicants agree and acknowledge that the information written in their application documents (including but not limited to the application package and subsequent documents to be submitted) shall be disclosed to the Unit and the Panels’ members. While the Unit and the Panels’ members shall keep the information confidential and shall use the information solely for the purpose of assessing the applications.

      5. Communications with applicant will be directed to the team leader (the “TL”) listed on the application form.

      6. The cash reward shall be disbursed by cheque. Each team leader of winning team shall collect the cheque.

      7. It is expected that the creative ideas, innovations, technologies, products or services (collectively the “IPs”) proposed in the application originate from the applicants.

      8. The Unit reserves its right to revise the admission criteria and guidelines of the Pitching Programme stipulated herein and elsewhere from time to time without notice to applicants.

      9. The Unit reserves the right to disqualify any application that, in its sole judgment, violates the rules of the application.

      10. Where the applicant is asked to submit any information, content or material (“Content”) to the Unit whether for the purposes of enabling the Unit to assess the applicant and its suitability as InnoTech Solutions Pitching Awardee, or for inclusion on the HKFYG website, the applicant must ensure that all Content is up-to-date, accurate, legal, honest, decent, truthful and complies with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and codes of practice. The applicant must ensure that all Content submitted to the Unit does not infringe copyright, design, privacy, publicity, data protection, trade mark or any other rights of any third party, and is not obscene, abusive, threatening, libelous or defamatory of any person. If Content is found to violate the above regulations, the applicant will be disqualified. All legal responsibilities, such as copyright, will be undertaken by participants. The Unit assumes no responsibilities.
    常見問題 (只提供英文版本) Frequently asked questions (English only)

      1. Can part-time tertiary students apply for the Pitching Programme?

      No, only full-time students from the listed tertiary institutes in (3) Application & Submission are eligible for the Pitching Programme.


      2. Can research postgraduate students apply for the Pitching Programme?

      Only full-time research postgraduate students can apply.


      3. Who can be the Team Leader (TL)?

      The TL can be any member of the team. The TL is responsible for communication between his/her team and the Unit.


      4. What is the minimum or maximum number of members per team?

      The number of members per team ranges between 1 (minimum) and 8 (maximum).


      5. Can I participate in more than one team?

      No, each individual is allowed to join one team only. Only one admission per individual is accepted.


      6. Can I use the same project to apply for other programmes or fund schemes?

      Yes.


      7. Can I use the same project previously/ currently awarded in other programmes or fund schemes to apply for the Pitching Programme?

      Yes. Except the project you submitted if you have participated in this Pitching Programme (InnoTech Solutions Pitching) in 2019.


      8. Is it acceptable that my team consists of member(s) from different tertiary institutes?

      Yes, your team members can come from the same or different tertiary institutes on the list given.


      9. Can team members be changed?

      Each team can change the TL or team members ONCE only and MUST notify the Unit before the deadline of application submission. The Unit reserves the right of final decision.


      10. Who will be the owner of any intellectual properties (IP) generated?

      The IP generated from execution of the projects shall be owned by the applicant(s).


      11. How will the Cash Prize be disbursed?

      The cash reward shall be disbursed by cheque. Each team leader of winning team shall collect the cheque.


      12. I have participated in this Pitching Programme in 2019. Can I join this year?

      If you have participated in this Pitching Programme (InnoTech Solutions Pitching) in 2019, you are welcome to join again this year, but you MUST submit a new project.


      13. I will have graduated in September 2021 (on the final pitching day). Can I join?

      You are eligible to join if you are a full-time student in the listed tertiary institutes in the academic year 2020-2021.
